Net App is seeking an Order Management & Invoicing Specialist to join our team.

$27.00/hr – $42.00/hr

• Understand procedures required to process sales orders and perform billing activities in an accurate and timely manner using Oracle Cloud in compliance with company policies.
• Enter, monitor, and troubleshoot customer sales orders.
• Understand the relationship between Oracle ERP system, CRM system, and sales tools.
• Manage backlog of assigned open sales orders, ensuring that orders flow through the order fulfillment and invoicing cycle quickly.
• Resolve discrepancies and order/invoicing issues across departments quickly to meet target lead times and participate in producing metrics.

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail/accuracy and customer service aptitude, orientation, and skills.
• Time management and problem‑solving skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Associate or Technical Trade Degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Oracle order management highly desirable, ideally in a configure‑to‑order environment.
