Voda Cleaning & Restoration of West Raleigh specializes in a wide range of services to keep homes and businesses clean, fresh, and free from damage. Services include carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, and odor removal.

• Education and Experience:
  
  High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical skills:
  Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer skills:
  Basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Highly desired certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):
• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
• Opportunities to advance into:
  Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services offered by the company. Opportunities exist to gain Mold Mitigation;
  Fire & Water Damage Restoration certifications and experience quickly. Compensation reflects experience; hourly rate increases with certifications and experience. Commissions may be earned on top of hourly rate.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and complete the technician’s daily log and Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles; maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Be willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry; hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
• The chosen applicant will be one of the first employees of Voda Cleaning & Restoration of West Raleigh and will be trusted as a self-starter with little oversight. The company plans to expand rapidly, with early employees potentially becoming managers as new staff are hired. Pay will rise as responsibilities and experiences are added and trust is gained.
