- 8-12 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
- Solid system design skills: you can break down complex problems, weigh trade-offs, and design services that hold up at scale.
- Experience building and deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications: RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as Lang Graph, Auto Gen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with MCP, or with tool calling and function calling in LLM APIs.
- Experience with Type Script or Go.
- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Git Hub Copilot.
