Warehouse Worker

Job Summary

This position involves general warehouse work, including moving boxes to and from shelves and operating an order picker. The role requires comfort with working at heights and flexibility to assist with deliveries as needed. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position with the opportunity for a pay increase upon conversion to permanent status.

• Move and organize boxes and inventory within the warehouse.
• Operate an order picker to retrieve and store items safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as required.
• Upon meeting eligibility requirements for full-time employment, operate a box truck or van to complete local deliveries.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Must be comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to drive and operate an order picker; prior picker experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as part of daily warehouse operations.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to assigned work schedule.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse vehicles or delivery vans beneficial.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (30-minute lunch). Flexibility available with manager approval.
• Pay: $17 per hour, with potential increase upon transition to a permanent position.
