Description
Logistics Associate Shipping Department -- Hours:
10:30am - 7pm (Monday - Friday)

- · Preparing tool holding, work holding automation, spare parts, and other products for shipment, using SCHUNK’s packaging procedures to the customer.
- · Order picking, packing, and processing of small, medium packages and LTL freight.
- · Receiving, putting up stock, and otherwise handling inventory.
- · Maintaining records, files, and a clean and safe working environment.
- · Verifying items received by comparing the purchase order and the packing list/invoice.
- · Operating material handling equipment including pallet jacks, fork trucks and others as required to perform responsibilities.
- · High School diploma
- · Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- · Picking, Packing, Warehouse experience
- · Ability to read, understand and interpret documents such as catalogs, price lists, inventory lists, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- · Ability to use or learn to use ERP sales/order applications and/or systems. SAP experience is preferred.
- · Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- · Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain SCHUNK fork truck license
- · Ability to count, add, substract, divide, and multiply
- · Previous exposure to working in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision
- · Ability to use initiative to identify and solve customer and product delivery problems
