Position OverviewThis role supports our firm’s mission by preparing accurate and timely tax returns for individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and non‑profits. Over time, you’ll begin learning how to support clients with tax planning and understand how more complex issues are handled by senior team members.

We’re primarily seeking recent or soon‑to‑be graduates from university accounting programs who are ready to launch their careers in public accounting. However, if you’re further along or following a different path and believe this role fits your skills and goals, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Tax Preparation- Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and non‑profits
- Assist with gathering and organizing client tax and financial data
- Communicate with clients on routine questions and document requests related to tax filings
- Apply foundational tax concepts to work with support and review from senior staff
- Work closely with your mentor, the team, and senior staff to manage client projects
- Share progress and ask questions proactively
- Support your peers and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Participate in training sessions and attend CPE courses
- Use critical thinking to solve problems and identify adjustments
- Receive and incorporate feedback to continuously improve
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or nearing completion)
- Understanding of core accounting principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons
- Master’s degree in Accounting
- CPA candidate or intent to pursue certification
- Public accounting internship experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software
- Hybrid schedule available, typically within the first 6–12 months
- Flexible Monday–Friday work hours and three weeks of PTO
