This Procurement Contract Administrator opportunity is with a well-established organization seeking an experienced professional to support procurement, vendor contracts, and contract compliance.
High-visibility role partnering with multiple departments and leadership

As the Procurement Contract Administrator, you will:
Manage procurement contracts from execution through renewal, amendment, and close-out
Monitor contract terms, deliverables, timelines, vendor performance, and compliance requirements
Partner with internal departments and vendors to resolve contract issues and facilitate execution
Support scopes of work, solicitations, specifications, and procurement planning
Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, change orders, and required approvals
Maintain accurate contract documentation and assist with audits, reporting, and vendor performance reviews
Utilize procurement and ERP systems to track contracts, spending, and compliance
Ideal candidates for this Procurement Contract Administrator role will have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field
3+ years of procurement contract administration experience
Experience managing contracts, vendors, renewals, compliance, and procurement documentation
Strong communication, organization, and contract management skills
Government, public sector, or regulated industry experience is a plus
CPCM, CPPO, or similar certification is a plus but not required
