Pearle Vision is part of Essilor Luxottica. This Independent Doctor of Optometry role is affiliated with a Pearle Vision Subleasing Optometrist. The Associate Optometrist operates within the practice of a Subleasing Doctor; terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients in a private independent practice setting.

Within the practice, the Associate Optometrist:

• Provides comprehensive optometric care to patients in coordination with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Maintains high professional autonomy in patient care decisions within the scope of practice and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Works in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment.
• Participates in a practice that may feature an automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
