Vision Care Concierge - Part-Time

Lens Crafters in Morrow, GA is looking for a Part-Time Eye Care Advisor who delivers the Lens Crafters Experience by guiding customers through eyewear, tests, and services.

You will greet customers, answer phones, explain paperwork, and work with Optometrist staff to ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining store standards and HIPAA.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, strong customer service, good math, and comfort with POS systems; prior retail or optical experience is a plus.
