Shifts Needed:
Monday-Friday 8a-4:30pm Full-time
Oversees and manages our long term care unit of approximately 120 residents. The Unit Manager LPN has authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall management of residents on the unit.
The Unit Manager LPN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECTING, COORDINATING, AND SUPERVISING THE ACTIVITIES OF NURSING STAFF ENGAGED IN SPECIFIC NURSING PRACTICES.
DEMONSTRATES AB TO PERFORM ALL PHYSICAL AND MENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS OF A CNA AND LPN.
DUTIES- Oversee the care of the residents.
- Manage staff.
- 24 hr a day responsibility.
- Must have nursing management experience and good communication skills.
- Be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
