Weekends Shift Lead Scheduler; Production Assistant

Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Weekend Shift Lead Scheduler (Production Assistant) roles in Morrow, GA.

Pay: $17-20 / Hour

Shift Options: 6:30am–8:30am and 4pm–6pm, or 6:30am–6pm

Availability: Part‑Time & Full‑Time Opportunities Available

Weekly Pay

Insurance Options for Full‑Time Position

• Track attendance and manage employee sign‑ins
• Provide direction and oversee employees when managers are unavailable
• Check for required PPE and appropriate work attire
• Use critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to address issues independently
• Handle challenging conversations professionally without supervision
• Perform general production duties as needed
• Assist Labor Coordinators with daily tasks and employee coordination
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in cold and wet environments (33-35 degrees Fahrenheit
• Must participate in orientation and training(s)
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, equipment and tools provided to perform essential job duties
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 30‑50 lbs.
• Stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb stairs, reaching overhead, and perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and legs
