As an RN Supervisor
, you will:

• Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure residents receive the highest quality care.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff with professionalism and compassion.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and documentation requirements.
• Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions.

• Active Georgia RN license
• Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Compassionate, team‑focused approach to care
