- Coordinate and oversee all MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI guidelines
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and department heads to ensure accurate, timely documentation
- Prepare and analyze Quality Measure/Quality Indicator (QM/QI) data for performance improvement
- Ensure compliance with all RAI and MDS procedures and submission deadlines

- Current RN or LPN license (Georgia)
- Prior MDS/RAI experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of CMS guidelines and care planning
