• Coordinate and oversee all MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI guidelines
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and department heads to ensure accurate, timely documentation
• Prepare and analyze Quality Measure/Quality Indicator (QM/QI) data for performance improvement
• Ensure compliance with all RAI and MDS procedures and submission deadlines

• Current RN or LPN license (Georgia)
• Prior MDS/RAI experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines and care planning
