ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by managing work shifts and completing administrative duties. In the absence of the RGM, you provide leadership to ensure the restaurant operates to Taco Bell standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing Team Members, Team Member Trainers, and Shift Leads to complete their duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You also assist with facility maintenance, hiring, developing team members, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

- Following cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.
