Hourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards, ensuring that Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

• Station a merchandiser and monitor the operation of the freight trailer, DP/DC truck, and any delivery equipment such that all parts of the forklift are trimmed to full compliance for a safe and efficient operation.
• Drive the forklift and to load, unload, transport, move, place, rack, organize, restock, tidy up, and guard cargo as required.
• Apply inclusive best practices to complete all tasks, e.g., for the use of the equipment, weapon, etc., ensuring continuous productivity and safety.
• Report injuries or any other physical hazards on the ground for mitigation by the facility.
