Retail Sales Associate – Part Time for Tailored Brands, Inc. Join us to provide a world-class customer experience and support a dynamic fashion retailer environment.

• Handle and accurately follow standard operating procedures for all customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits, and discounted transactions; securely manage cash and other negotiable documents.
• Incorporate suggestive selling techniques when assisting customers and respond to inquiries and needs.
• Assist with replenishing merchandise, store layout, recovery, general housekeeping, and monitoring of floor stock and fitting room areas.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge, POS instructions, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.

• Customer service mindset focused on delivering a world-class experience every day.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
• Ability to work well with associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Experience or ability to contribute to a culture of customer-obsession and a positive store atmosphere.

• Ability to stand and move for most of the shift; frequently bend, squat and twist; lift up to 50 lbs; climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies; discern fabric patterns and colors.
