The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and driving profitable sales by providing proactive consultative sales assistance and support. The role involves achieving department standards and goals, and maintaining a clean, in-stock, well-merchandised sales floor. Candidates must have availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts for full-time roles, with flexible scheduling options for part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using approved selling practices.
• Meet or exceed performance standards consistently.
• Utilize website navigation and technology to facilitate the customer experience, especially when products are not available in-store.
• Maintain current knowledge of merchandise, including features, benefits, and delivery options.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system.
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
