Position Summary:

Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We also wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders.

A friendly, helpful attitude can make a difference in the shopping experience.

• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; assist and educate other associates; communicate effectively; and be flexible to work in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert:
  Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and seasonal production; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and understand product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive area performance; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; minimize waste; assist customers per company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high quality service and products; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion for the work;
• Comply with company policies and standards by applying related action plans and company policies.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; seek improvements and adapt to change.
