Overview

Store Manager - Spencer's role at Spencer's. The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Hourly rate ranges from $18.98 to $19.23 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
