We are looking for an Operations Manager to be based at our Morrow, Georgia facility.

Manage all activities related to operation of the facility by performing the following duties personally or through supervisors. Coordinates warehouse activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.

• Develop production, inventory control, staffing, safety, and quality goals with supervisors and holds them accountable
• Ensure standards of productivity, inventory control, safety and accuracy are met
• Provide guidance to the development of personnel requirements, material needs, tooling and equipment needs
• Ensure all established costs, quality and delivery commitments are met
• Review’s production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational and maintenance problems.
• Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives
• Maintains vendor relationships.
• Compile, store and retrieve production data for reports
• Ensures that tools and equipment are kept in the designated areas and secured
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor of Science from a four-year accredited college or university
• One to two years related experience and/or training or Equivalent combination of education and experience

• Warehouse processes
• People Management techniques
• Business and management principles

• Train assigned employees on company government and customer policies, procedures and regulations
• Ensure all assigned employees comply with company government and customer policies, procedures, and regulations
• Active listening

• Facilitate and lead client communication as required
• Speak confident, clear, and professional
• Develop professional and accurate written communication
• Analyze information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems
• Office / Warehouse Mix:
  This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role will require the ability to, on occasion, go in and out of trailers, navigate around roller racks, and other logistical equipment within a warehouse setting. The position will also require travel of both in air and driving.
• While performing duties of this job, the employee’s work environment may vary from professional office to fulfillment center floor, and other vendor/client locations.
