The Customer Service Representative is a full-time position responsible for providing professional customer support to facilitate the relationship between the organization and customers.

Responsibilities- Serves as a point of contact for incoming calls and onsite visitors, where applicable; forwarding calls to appropriate personnel and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner; answering general questions and providing accurate and complete information, using established methods/tools.
- Manages customer complaints from intake to resolution; escalating issues to appropriate personnel; keeping records of customer interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
- Provides departmental support by performing routine tasks including but not limited to documenting and filing warranty information; reviewing and correcting records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system; identifying opportunities for improving the customer service process and implementing best practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or office environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent follow through
- Displays active listening skills, giving full attention and taking time to understand the points being made
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, positive high energy work ethic and integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook email, Word, and Excel
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Hourly pay rate at $15.00 - $17.00
