We are currently seeking General Utility Employees to join our food manufacturing plant. As a General Utility Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line while adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols. Your responsibilities will include handling, sorting, packaging, and cooking raw meat products. This physically demanding role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, very cold environment.

• 1st shift positions – Monday through Saturday, starting at 5 AM or 6 AM
• 2nd shift positions - Monday through Saturday, starting at 1:30 PM

• Hand sort the product to check for defects
• Deposit product from the belt into sealed pouches using a bag-filled cup filling machine
• Transfer finished pouches to the cooking rack
• Move unfinished product from tubs to belts
• Place cooked product in trays, boxes, and tubs
• Ensure the product has the correct label, and check weighing, temperature, and proper distribution
• Combine ingredients and cook soups using the company’s recipe

• Ability to work in a cold/wet environment
• Reliability
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation: $17.72 hourly
