Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates to join our Production Team as an Assembler on Afternoon Shift, in our Marion, Ohio manufacturing facility.

These are full-time positions with no temporary agencies involved. As an associate, you will need to be able to work in a fast paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

The starting wage is $20.25 per hour + shift premium; with time, ability to progress up to $25.70+ per hour

Paid time off (PTO) up to 120 hours in the first year (prorated on start date)

Must have ability to work 2nd shift

Continuously stand or walk (up to 12 hours per day)

Ability to reach (over shoulder), twist/turn, push/pull, bend, squat, and lift up to 35lbs frequently

Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation

Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment.

Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products etc.

1-years of consistent work history

Must be at least 18 years of age

Possess a high school diploma or GED;

Be subject to and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Motivated to work as a team player who takes ownership of their work in a safety-minded environment

Must provide a resume

Preferred requirements:

3-months of manufacturing or distribution experience (consecutive)

Associates Degree
