• Apply powder coat and liquid paint to metal parts using spray equipment.
• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, masking, and inspecting parts before painting.
• Ensure even paint coverage and high-quality finishes that meet specifications.
• Inspect finished products and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain painting equipment and keep the work area clean.
• Follow all safety procedures while working with paints, chemicals, and production equipment.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Previous experience in industrial painting, powder coating, automotive painting, or spray painting is preferred.
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Experience using hand tools and spray equipment is helpful.

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
