Part Time Field Technician

Future Opening:
Part Time Field Technician. Replies within 24 hours.

• Meet with the rest of the team each morning to understand the day s game plan.
• Travel in one of Shine s vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses (typically with a Crew Leader) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• Current service offerings:
  Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning, and Holiday Light Installations.
• You may meet with customers while performing the service to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations; primary customer service responsibilities will be led by a Crew Leader.
• End your day back at the Shine office to recap the day, ensuring your vehicle and equipment are clean and ready for the next day’s work.
• Competitive pay and opportunity to make more. Starting base pay between $15-20 per hour with potential for performance-based increases and customer tips; pay may vary for a 30-day probation period upon new hire.
• Paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas), eligible after 30-day probation period.
• Paid sick leave (time accrued by hours worked).
• Uniforms and tools provided. Your work uniform (Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, and hats) will be provided for free. All necessary tools and equipment will also be available. No need to supply your own tools.
• Paid training – learn a valuable trade, advance your skills, and get paid while doing so. We can train you even if you don’t have experience.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
