• Generate, develop, and close new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and relationship building.
• Build and grow a book of business by attracting affluent individuals and families.
• Lead prospect meetings, uncover financial needs, and present personalized wealth management strategies.
• Develop long-term client relationships centered on trust, financial planning, and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with financial planning, marketing, operations, and client service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Build a strong referral network and implement strategies for sustainable business growth.

• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or a related financial services role.
• A proven track record of prospecting, acquiring new clients, and closing business.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and wealth management strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Relevant industry licenses and credentials; advanced credentials such as CFP® are a plus.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and results-driven approach.
• A collaborative attitude, professional humility, and openness to coaching and continuous improvement.
