HVAC Service Technician - Apprentice

Garber Heating and Air Conditioning has been providing heating and cooling services to the Morton and surrounding area since 1972. Ralph Garber started Garber Heating & Air Conditioning in March of 1972. In 1973 he began selling the Carrier® brand as Garber's official home comfort product. Service Technician - Apprentice

• To install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience while meeting established deadlines and maintaining proper margins.
• To perform maintenance/service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards resulting in high quality customer experience.

Service Manager

Start at 7:00am plus overtime as needed.

$17 - $22 per hour plus Benefits listed below

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Insurable driving record
• Basic customer service skills.

• Universal EPA Certification
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC technical school
• Nate certification
• 1+ years of experience
• Possess tools needed
• Basic Understanding of wiring diagrams
• Basic Understanding of sheet metal
• Basic Understanding of refrigeration
