Duties

• Assist with on‑site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
• Apply technical skills to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work as part of a team to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety measures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC trade school graduation preferred (3.5 GPA, excellent attendance).
• 1+ years in a mechanical support role; some hands‑on HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Type I & Type II or Universal certification preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 90 pounds.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Excellent customer service, electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Availability for weekend and night work and willingness to relocate after training.

Physical Requirements

• Work on rooftops using ladders and extension ladders.
• Work at heights and lift/sustain loads up to 125 lbs.
• Transport equipment between van and work site.
• Climb ladders to roof height and extend overhead repetitively.

The hourly role has a salary range of $36,000–$45,000 annually. Overtime is available for hours beyond 40 per week. The role is not eligible for a bonus but employees receive paid vacation, holidays, and benefits as detailed above.
