Junior Application DeveloperThe Junior Application Developer is a fulltime position responsible for assisting in the design and development of new applications to aid in day-to-day business activities, including analyzing user requirements, business processes and working with the development team to design, implement and maintain application solutions.

Essential Functions- Assists in the design, development, and maintenance of web and desktop applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core, working under the guidance of senior developers.
- Designs and implements data models and relational databases, participating in SQL database design projects.
- Supports quality assurance and testing efforts for application software, contributing to documentation and maintaining code repositories.
- Collaborates with team members to gather requirements, review code, and contributes to development meetings, fostering a shared understanding of user needs and technical standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Object-oriented programming experience using Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.Net)
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL fundamentals
- Understanding of software development methodologies (SOLID Principles)
- Exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment Tools (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub)
- Highly organized with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent follow-through
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with version control systems
- Basic understanding of web development concepts
- Ability to adapt to changes in technology
- Starting salary range $65,000 to $75,000
