The Junior Application Developer is a fulltime position responsible for assisting in the design and development of new applications to aid in day-to-day business activities, including analyzing user requirements, business processes and working with the development team to design, implement and maintain application solutions.

• Assists in the design, development, and maintenance of web and desktop applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core, working under the guidance of senior developers.
• Designs and implements data models and relational databases, participating in SQL database design projects.
• Supports quality assurance and testing efforts for application software, contributing to documentation and maintaining code repositories.
• Collaborates with team members to gather requirements, review code, and contributes to development meetings, fostering a shared understanding of user needs and technical standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Object-oriented programming experience using Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.Net)
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL fundamentals
• Understanding of software development methodologies (SOLID Principles)
• Exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment Tools (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub)
• Highly organized with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent follow-through
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with version control systems
• Basic understanding of web development concepts
• Ability to adapt to changes in technology

• Starting salary range $65,000 to $75,000
