Additionally, you will have the chance to work with modern diagnostic and treatment equipment at both of their locations, enhancing your professional experience.
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health.
- Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs.
- Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility.
- Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.
- Base salary of $125,000 to $155,000 depending on experience
- Performance‑based bonus structure tied to collections
- Signing Bonus: $10,000 signing bonus (tied to a 1‑year commitment)
- Optional 3% optical sales bonus for revenue generated by the OD
- Benefits Package:
Valued at approximately $15,600, including health insurance with HSA, paid vacation and CME, retirement plan with employer contributions, and full coverage for malpractice, licensure fees, and AOA dues.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Minimal shared call coverage and occasional weekend call
- Enjoy a work‑life balance with no weekend hours and flexible scheduling
- Full‑time (4‑5 days/week) preferred, but part‑time options are available

Requirements- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
