Palouse Habitat for Humanity is Hiring:
Development Director
Moscow, Idaho (September 15, 2025) — Palouse Habitat for Humanity is seeking a full-time Development Director to lead fundraising and donor engagement to raise funds needed to provide more safe, affordable homes in Latah and Whitman counties.
“Palouse Habitat has grown carefully and intentionally over the past 20 years from an all-volunteer organization to one with the right sized staff to meet our community’s housing needs,” shared Executive Director Jennifer Wallace. “We recognize now we’re at a critical point, and we need to step up our game. We have such terrific community support through individual gifts and through Beans ‘n’ Jeans.
But we need a new member on the team with the expertise to help us raise the funds we need to build the homes our community needs.”
The Development Director will design and implement a comprehensive development plan to support the organization’s goals of building 3–4 homes each year and expanding its Home Repair program.
The Development Director will cultivate relationships with individuals, businesses, churches, organizations, and foundations, while implementing strategies to expand and diversify financial resources through major gifts, legacy giving, grants, corporate sponsor ships, and community support. The position will oversee Palouse Habitat’s existing successful in-person and online fundraising events, including Beans ‘n’ Jeans.
The position is open until filled. To learn more and apply, visit (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). For questions, call the Palouse Habitat admin office at or email habitat.
