SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at the University of Idaho in Moscow, .

• Location:
  
  University of Idaho, 1080 W. 6th Street, Moscow,
• Schedule:
  
  Full time and part time; AM and PM shifts;
  Monday – Friday and weekends. Hours and days may vary. Open availability is preferred. More details upon interview.
• Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and address performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees; encourage goals and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
