Job Overview:
Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers. The role involves coaching crew, maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness, monitoring performance, and communicating with subsequent Shift Managers.

Requirements:
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for a fast‑paced environment.
