The Kitchen Assistant reports to the McCall Field Campus Food Systems and Sustainability Manager. The position will work with the Food Systems and Sustainability Manager and Food Services Assistant Manager to provide food service for McCall Field Campus Guests.
Duties include planning and preparing meals for guests and supervising student employees during meal service, supporting relationships with local food producers, and educating McCall Field Campus guests about nutrition and campus sustainability initiatives.
