Are you a skilled HVAC professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects and work orders, ensuring the reliable operation of critical building systems. From planning and managing installations to troubleshooting and responding to urgent situations, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment. This full‑time position follows a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Owning relationships with assigned foremen and/or other trade professionals to efficiently complete projects and work orders.
Planning and managing projects with accurate records while also operating equipment used in the installation, repair and maintenance of building systems.
Managing equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.
Responding to emergency situations during or after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.
Following and promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety, environmental practices, area processes, and waste reduction opportunities.
Have an Idaho HVAC Journeyman’s license
EPA Refrigeration Certification Minimum Type II or acquire within 6 months of employment.
Are skilled at initiating, building and maintaining healthy relationships with co‑workers while keeping the overall goals of the company in mind.
Can read, understand, follow, and strictly enforce safety procedures.
Are able to work various shifts, hours, and days depending on workload.
Have a valid Driver’s License
Are self‑motivated and maintain high quality of work
Have experience with lock out/ tag out and stop work procedures
Are experienced with computer operations for information gathering, time reporting, record keeping, inventory management and communication
Experience in maintenance, repair, and installation
Water‑cooled air compressors
Refrigerated air dryers
Commercial HVAC package rooftop units (20‑130 ton)
Commercial air‑cooled chillers (190‑215 ton)
In‑duct humidification and dehumidification equipment
Ultrapure water
Process ventilation
Boilers (1M+ BTU)
Commercial water delivery (pumps, piping, motors, softeners, filtration, UV)
Commercial building and process plumbing
Lift and maneuver 40 pounds frequently
Pull weight from high/low shelves
Ability to safely ascend and descend ladders
Reach, bend, grip, twist
Stand for at least 8 hours

Trades Professional, $32.06‑$47.39 per hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with various levels of experience, and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job‑related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
