Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Three Bakers is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our warehouse team in Moscow, PA.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help keep our warehouse organized and support daily bakery operations by supplying production with ingredients and packaging materials. You will also load and unload trucks, prepare pallets for transport, and rotate inventory to ensure materials are used in the proper order.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required — on-the-job training will be provided. We're looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Load and unload trucks and store materials in designated locations
• Keep ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products organized
• Retrieve and deliver ingredients and packaging materials needed for daily production
• Coordinate with the Logistics Manager to retrieve and stage pallets for outgoing trucks
• Rotate inventory using first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures and check ingredient expiration dates
• Assist with inventory counts and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after completing required training and authorization
• Keep warehouse areas clean and organized, with aisles and access routes clear
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and gluten-free food safety procedures

• Dependable and able to maintain regular attendance
• Willing to learn - training is provided
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Able to stand and walk for the majority of a 8-hour shift
• Able to bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the day
• Able to lift and move materials weighing up to 80 pounds, using appropriate equipment or team assistance as needed
