You’ll confirm and enter purchase orders, track them through production, and follow up after delivery. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving customer issues, coordinating between departments, and making sure every order is handled right the first time. This job requires someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and knows how to follow through.

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • You’ll confirm and enter purchase orders, track them through production, and follow up after delivery.
  • You’ll be the go-to person for resolving customer issues, coordinating between departments, and making sure every order is handled right the first time.
  • This job requires someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and knows how to follow through.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 2–5 years inindustrial sales, customer service, or account management
  • Experience inmanufacturing, distribution, or a related industrial setting
  • Confidence in managing customer expectations and problem-solving on the fly
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal
  • Ability to stay focused, handle multiple tasks, and own your responsibilities
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
Preferred
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
