Position OverviewWe are searching for a Nurse Practitioner to join our Behavioral Health team. This is a full‑time exempt position with a 4‑day work week (10‑hour shifts).
Key Benefits and Incentives- Up to $15,000 annually in quality production
- Student Loan Repayment:
Up to $90,000 - Relocation:
One‑time $15,000 payment

- Interview costs covered 100% by Samaritan Healthcare
- EMR system: EPIC
- Medical Assistant support staff
- Average of 6–7 patients a day
- Day off variable (Tuesday–Thursday)
- Current staff: 1 Psychiatrist, 2 PMHNP, 2 LMHC
- Psychiatric‑Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Board Certified
- Advanced Practice Providers, 2025 graduates, all age ranges considered
- J1 Visa and H1b candidates considered
- Unrestricted license, or ability to become licensed in Washington
