Senior Recruiter | Connecting Top Talent with Leading OrganizationsScion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist for a leading chemical and environmental manufacturing company. This is an onsite position located in Moses Lake, Washington, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role ensures ongoing compliance with global, federal, state, and local chemical and environmental regulations. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will manage reporting, audits, and certifications, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. You will serve as a subject matter expert while providing training and guidance on compliance programs and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and manage regulatory compliance programs for chemical and environmental regulations (TSCA, REACH, RCRA, GHS)
- Prepare, submit, and track environmental and chemical compliance reports
- Conduct internal audits and collaborate on ISO and regulatory inspections
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and safety practices
- Review and update SDS documentation and chemical inventory records
- Serve as a compliance resource across cross-functional teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of chemical and environmental regulatory compliance
- Experience managing reporting, audits, and compliance programs
- Proficient with SDS authoring tools, regulatory tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$60,000–$115,000 annual salary (dependent on experience) with discretionary bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and additional perks including fitness and education support.
