We are looking for a seasoned project manager to lead complex projects from planning through delivery in a high-purity manufacturing environment.
ScheduleMonday‑Friday 8am‑5pm, onsite, Moses Lake, WA.
What You Will Be Working On- Create executive‑level status materials and summarize progress to leadership.
- Provide project readiness assessment at each stage using Organization Project Management (OPM) guidelines.
- Plan and facilitate project meetings to align the team and track tasks.
- Monitor task completion, identify at‑risk tasks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Utilize tools to plan timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
- Manage project procurement from specification to delivery.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
- Manage projects from planning through delivery.
- Identify interdependencies across projects, programs, and portfolios.
- Act as liaison among project members, cross‑functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Communicate schedule and scope changes to all stakeholders.
- Allocate resources, budgets, and effort hours; adjust resources as needed.
- Uphold all MLI policies, Code of Conduct, and Quality System requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support a high‑performing team.
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience, including leading complex projects/programs and people.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, semiconductor, or high‑tech industries preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Certification or progress toward certification highly preferred.
- Expertise in developing, publishing, and presenting executive‑level slide decks and reports.
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Strong leadership demonstrated in program and project execution.
- Proficiency with scientific and technical data, Six Sigma tools, and statistical analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to facilitate meetings of all sizes for requirements definition, readiness, risk, and status tracking.
- Strong technical and IT skills, including MS Office Suite, Visio, Access, and project management tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across the U.S. and internationally.
- Experience in semiconductor or high‑tech sectors, or a chemical background.
Summary pay range: $80,000‑$125,000.
