SummaryThis job is responsible for operating material handling equipment in a safe manner for the purpose of moving, locating, stacking, and counting merchandise.
Key Responsibilities- Read daily order sheet to be able to select and move the correct tote of product
- Move finished pallets of product from the roasting room to the warehouse or loading dock
- Move empty totes to be cleaned
- Handle inventory receiving transactions
- Adhere to all company policies and safety rules
- Assist other packaging employees within their job duties, including using chemicals and water to clean and sanitize packaging equipment, palletizing, and breaking down empty totes
- Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Relevant Experience1+ years related experience and/or training
Other InformationAbility to safely operate a forklift, load and unload trucks, and high stacking totes.
