Schedule: Monday–Friday, with on-call weekend rotation

Talented Medical Solution is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Unit Manager for a skilled nursing facility in Moses Lake, WA. This facility serves a mixed population of long-term care and short-term rehab residents. The ideal candidate is a dynamic nursing leader who can manage clinical operations while being hands-on when needed.

As Unit Manager, you’ll primarily work weekday shifts but must be willing to participate in an on-call weekend rotation and cover floor shifts as necessary. This is a leadership role that blends clinical oversight with direct patient care responsibilities.

Active RN license in the state of Washington or compact state

BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)

Previous management or leadership experience in a long-term care or rehab setting

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to be on-call and work floor shifts when needed
