Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist assigned residents with activities of daily living (transferring, hygiene, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.)
- Monitor and report any changes in condition with assigned residents
- Document all cares completed with and for residents before end of shift (fluid/food intake, BM/Bladder activity, transfers, etc.)
- Ensure cleanliness of all resident and resident care areas
- Provide transport assistance as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality of care
- Report to direct supervisor (Unit LN) any staff/resident issues/concerns as necessary
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current CNA certification and OBRA registry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
- First aid and CPR certifications

Compensation for roles at Monroe Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Monroe Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Monroe Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
