DESCRIPTION:
Education and Experience- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Acute care registered nurse experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience preferred for specialty nursing departments.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Healthcare Provider (HCP) level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or equivalent).
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Crisis management skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients across the age continuum.
- Proficiency with department-specific equipment and technology.
