Infusion Nurse

- Moses Lake, WA. This position involves providing high-quality patient care within a healthcare facility, supporting treatment plans, medication administration, and patient education. The role requires adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and legal standards, with a focus on compassionate and coordinated care delivery.

• Required to have a Washington State / Compact Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Required to maintain active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) Chemo/Immunotherapy certification.
• Adheres to healthcare organization policies and unit standards as applicable.
• Consistently functions within the guidelines of the Washington Nurse Practice Act, unit-specific standards of practice, and stays current with legal nursing requirements.
• Float:
  Float rotation may be required.
• Schedule:
  
  Days shift, 4 ten-hour shifts per week, , approximately 40 hours per week.
• Position functions include coordinating patient care, administering medications, documenting care, developing care plans, and teaching patients and families.
• Responsible for assessing patient status, executing nursing actions, and ensuring safe, effective treatment.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and responses accurately, and maintains a safe hospital environment.
• Continuously updates knowledge of workflows, evidence-based procedures, and unit operations.
• Participates in performance improvement processes and collaborates with healthcare team members.
