Certified Nursing Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team for the NOC shift, working from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, following a 4 on 2 off rotation. Overtime opportunities may be available but are not guaranteed.
Responsibilities- Provide essential patient care and support to residents throughout the night shift.
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care for all residents.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and emergencies.
- Must possess an active Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Must be active on Washington State's OBRA registry.
- Previous experience in a nursing assistant role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
