Account Executive - Moses Lake, WA

Connoisseur Media – Moses Lake, WA is on the hunt for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive ready to make an impact! We’re looking for a motivated professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships and delivering results. In this role, you’ll partner with local businesses to craft innovative marketing solutions that connect audiences with our powerful radio and digital brands.

The ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter with a proven track record in business development, sales success, and client satisfaction — someone who’s ready to take their career to the next level with a team that values creativity, collaboration, and growth.

• Sell radio and digital advertising.
• Uncover and close new, non-radio advertisers utilizing plans comprised of local spot and/or digital/non-spot revenue.
• Understand digital marketing, including mobile and programmatic advertising.
• Ensure the use and maximization of company initiatives and tools.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
• Negotiate direct and agency business.
• Input client orders and copy using company-provided software.
• Ensure attainment of local + NTR + digital budget goals.

• A minimum of two years’ sales experience.
• A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
• Enthusiastic and hardworking, exuding passion for our platform and value proposition.
• A fully insured personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in building strategic presentations and presenting them to clients.
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
