Merchandising Sales Associate

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.

• Greet the Customer.
• Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants.
• Recommend Product Solutions.
• Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage as needed.
• FAST Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications include prior retail and/or merchandising experience, and a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Preferred Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities include farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and basic computer skills.

Working Conditions include traveling between store locations in your personal vehicle, working in a favorable environment with moderate noise, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. Physical Requirements include the ability to push and pull merchandise, lift or reach merchandise overhead, and frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders.
