• Generate and send customer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable aging reports.
• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding balances and resolve payment issues.
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and reconcile with bank statements.
• Maintain organized customer account files and documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualification is a plus.
• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and collection techniques.
