• Over 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting, focusing on business transformation and change management.
• Proven success in leading large-scale transformation projects in diverse industries.
• Expertise in process re-engineering, organizational design, and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Mossel Bay, Western Cape .
